Jesús Maeso de la Torre es un escritor, conferenciante y articulista español, conocido fundamentalmente por sus novelas históricas. Se doctoró en Filosofía e Historia por la Universidad de Cádiz y es académico de número de la Real Academia Hispanoamericana de Ciencias, Artes y Letras. En 2019 recibió el Premio Espartaco de la Semana Negra de Gijón.
