i really enjoyed this book. I appreciate the knowledge of providing customer service. I would recommend this book to any and everybody who wants to improve their customer service skills and satisfy customers with just the basic knowledge of being genuine

So many great nuggets

I have known the author for a few years but have never gotten around to reading one of his books. I’ve also known his reputation as one of the leading customer service experts in the world and now after reading this book I understand why. Every chapter provides real, usable nuggets of gold that can be applied to almost any business. The book is written in a very conversational style that makes you want to keep listening for the next great idea. Now I’m going to move onto one of his other books to get more great info. If you want to improve your business and reputation with your customers, don’t hesitate, get this book now.

Great Concepts. Hard to listen too

I love the concepts in this book, but the audio is not the most clear and has a certain pitch to it that hurts my ears at a volume level any higher than low.
