Publisher's Summary

We were Army Rangers, the best of the best. And then one day, everything that we worked so hard to become was ripped away.

Now, we're in some podunk town, trying to find a sense of normal among the crazy, and learn how to live again. That gets a hell of a lot harder to do when a virus spreads mercilessly across the country, killing 85 percent of the people who contract it.

In the midst of the panic, we're tasked with one last rescue mission. It's just our luck that the fool we're rescuing doesn't believe that the world as we know it is actually ending.

Looks like the apocalypse is about to get real interesting.

Contains mature themes.

Sexy funny and a whopper of an ending !

This is an awesome reverse harem stand alone. No cliffhanger and a great ending! I really don’t want to give up any spoilers so I will just say this is a must listen. Well worth the money or credit. The perfect amount of comedy, drama and steamy scenes. The characters were so dynamic and the narration was brilliant. Best ending ever! Wow!

Hated the revelation

I really, really hated the big reveal at the end. I felt like my time was deliberately wasted and it wasn't not at all funny or cute. I loved the guys and Remi was great but the story was made trash by the virus being faked.

wow what a twist!

I absolutely enjoyed this hillarous story. who would of thought a end of word story funny. T he reason I got this story was that I enjoyed distopian stories and reverse harem. This story had both and funny. who'd a think that! plus, the twist just brought everything together. a must listen. the narrators were great too. give this book a chance.

Hilarious

This book was meant to be light and funny but it also highlighted some of the difficulties veterans face when coming home as well as some eerie similarities to what we're having now or could be facing in the future. I'm sure the community of Endstone would be eating this Corona business up.

Very fun read. I admit I almost finished it in one sitting but I forced myself to wait until work the next day to finish the last hour and a half. It was hard but I did it. 100% recommend if you want to laugh until you cry.

Gosh, so awful

So I only feel compelled to write reviews for really good books or really bad ones. I made the mistake buying this book after reading The Hidden and The avowed by the same author. Those books were great! This one, not so much. The characters were okay and some were downright unlike able. The male narrator is good except when he performs the female leads voice. Ewe. Story weird and dumb at times. Sorry, if I offended anyone. It’s my honest opinion.

migraine material!

UGH - Remi is every man's worst condescending and frustrating woman. She is also every woman's migraine - I'm all for strong women, but Remi the character gets under my skin in every way. Run away......save yourself and your money.

Wow, this book...

I don't think I've ever laughed so hard at the end of a book. Remy is one of favorite characters and that twist at the end...you have to read this book!

The male narrator ruined it for me

I was looking forward to this book for a long time!it finally came with its audiobook, and I started listening. Huge mistake. I couldn't STAND the male narrator. He really wasn't too bad when it was one if the guys internal dialogue, but when he did the other male voices they were obnoxious and turned me off of the characters, and I started to hate Remy just because he butchered it with his idea of a female -_- Needless to say I stopped listening and switched back to the book!
