I firmly believe in 'what we think is what we become', and this book was just what I thought.

I heard the audible version of this book and I really enjoyed it. It was a short book and finished within an hour and I am going to keep it in my library forever. This audiobook is great to listen to whenever you need that little boost or are feeling down, or just refresh a stressed mind.
