Chanakya Neeti is a treatise on the ideal way of life and shows Chanakya’s deep study of the Indian way of life. Chanakya also developed Neeti-Sutras (aphorisms - pithy sentences) that tell people how they should behave. Of these well-known 455 sutras, about 216 refer to rajaneeti (the dos and don’ts of running a kingdom). Apparently, Chanakya used these sutras to groom Chandragupta and other selected disciples in the art of ruling a kingdom.

One of the best book
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
Loved this one, was in desperate need of it.
The most important chapters are the first three. After that, you can just read the titles and know what the chapter is about.
But I recommend to go through the chapters to understand in what scenarios these suggestions can be used. Also they're quite motivating.
This is a practical handbook on human relations. You'll need to revisit it frequently to be adroit at human relations.
The only book you'll ever need on human relations
