Lana Del Rey Biography Flash a weekly Biography. Lana Del Rey’s most significant development this week is her confirmed role in Grand Theft Auto Six, a collaboration that expands her cultural footprint beyond music. Rockstar Games announced that Del Rey and Morgan Wallen will host Back Country Radio, playing fictional presenters Delta Dawne and MW. Del Rey’s husband, Louisiana airboat captain Jeremy Dufrene, will also appear as Mud Dog Mike, a swamp meteorologist and roving reporter. Rolling Stone reports that Del Rey has been a longtime fan of the game series and called the project special and a privilege. The game and its accompanying soundtrack are scheduled for release on November 19. The partnership has an unusually personal biographical angle. Del Rey said relatives used earlier Grand Theft Auto games to learn Los Angeles roads before visiting the city, making her participation a connection between her family history, her public mythology, and one of entertainment’s biggest franchises. Rockstar also says the new game will feature six headline radio stations and, for the first time, on demand podcasts and listening through the characters’ phones. In Singapore, preparations are underway for Del Rey’s October 11 Formula One concert, her first full concert in the country after a promotional showcase there in 2012. The Straits Times reports that the free Honeymoon Pitstop fan event at 195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace runs through October 11, with exhibitions, murals, themed drinks, workshops, merchandise, a retrospective of her videos, and a screening of her short film Tropico. An invite only fan gathering is also planned for October 10. The Straits Times says the Singapore Grand Prix performance will close the weekend at the Padang stage. There are also renewed online rumors about Dufrene’s fidelity. Fashion Times reports that he denied the allegations on social media, writing that he is either with Lana or that she knows where he is and what he is doing. No evidence confirming infidelity has been reported, and Del Rey has not publicly addressed the claims. They remain unsubstantiated gossip, not an established development. Thank you for listening.
