October 11, 2026; 8am: The New York Times is reporting that the Justice Department is investigating five television networks - FOX, CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC - for potentially violating federal antitrust laws after the networks temporarily declined to provide pool coverage of President Trump. The networks' move came in response to Trump’s attempts to bar CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House grounds last month.
