Not quite the book’s fault! I couldn’t follow things from the beginning and afterwards I lost interest because I wasn’t understanding anything! I must have gotten like 7% of the entire story which is sad….

It is a highly unappreciated classic vampire story. It was written about two decades before Dracula, the only other great vampire story (novel).
