Here's my excellent plan to make DogZombies the best band in the whole wide world! How hard can it be? (Very.) Right now I'm going to: 1. Write more songs (not about teachers). 2. Make a spectacular music video (easy). 3. Get some sleep (tricky when you're being kept awake by loud noises). 4. Annoy Delia (nothing to do with DogZombies but always fun).

Mr Hodge is a great narrator and the story sounds interesting.
but there is one big problem. the volume ranges from a hushed whisper to loud screaming. it is hard to listen to this at a fixed volume setting.

abrupt ending
the story is wonderful though it feels so unfinished that I'd rather advise people not to begin listening unless they want to be disappointed in the abrupt ending. the story leaves you suspended with more than a few questions reeling around in your head.

Not Dahl's best work
The story is very disjointed and even more nonsensical than anything else he's ever done. We listened as a family and the adults didn't like it but the kids (11, 8, 5) thought it was funny. Our 11 year old did think it was a bit silly and didn't make sense.
