What do you need to do to get yourself in the right frame of mind? When do you know that you’ve hit on something that might be worth pursuing? How do you sift the wheat from the chaff? Great small book
It’s simply a great short book on creativity. Having Sir J. Cleese read it helps move it into subconsciousness even faster.. for me. His narrative voice is inextricably linked with childish glee of his MPython work in my mind.

Buy it just to listen to John Cleese
If only John had narrated it, you’d be glad that you listened to the book. It’s a fantastic performance. Five minutes in I was sold. Now getting back to the story…

Never heard a system for creativity so well explained
John Cleese’s intelligence is always a pleasure. I had never thought of there being a system for being creative and concise but this is so simple and the concept of allowing a zone to play and then applying repeated review makes so much sense , not just for the arts but for anything that needs to be conceptualises or needs a fresh approach - I think this will change the way I do things in business and pleasure

Outstanding!!
As someone who is very creative pleasantly surprised to discover things I wasnt consciously aware off. as well as being reminded of other things I was but often take for granted. Length is perfect, narration is engaging and witty. My favourite book on Audible by far, inspired to finish writing mine now!!

Thought provoking
Really explains what I have been trying to say to my team and colleagues for years! So short and to the point that there are no excuses for anyone not to make time to listen (or read it)!

Deeply engaging and inspiring
It feels almost arrogant to write a review about something John Cleese has written but I enjoyed listening to his narration and the thoughts presented in his book, Creativity so much, I feel inspired to express my enjoyment through this humble review. If you’ve ever found pleasure in any of John Cleese’s master pieces, then this one won’t disappoint either. Another deeply engaging and inspiring writing from the legendary John Cleese that could teach anyone something new about what creativity really is about.

A golden nugget
Brilliant! Sums it up without all the unnecessary window dressing or overly intellectual pomposity.
