Die Deadline für einen wichtigen Auftrag steht vor der Tür und Heffs Leute sind mit dieser Situation fast so überfordert wie Heff selbst. Als der Chef beschliesst, einen weiteren Mitarbeiter für bessere Projektplanung und Organisation des dringenden Auftrags einzustellen, scheint das Problem gelöst, jedoch entpuppt sich der eilig in die Firma geholte Hans Leisfluss als Großmaul und Tunichtgut, der als erste Amtshandlung erst einmal großzügig noch mehr Chaos stiftet, als in der Firma sowieso schon herrscht. Da Heff aber inzwischen völlig den Bezug zur Realität verloren hat und den Aufschneider Hans buchstäblich vergöttert, beschliessen Alex, Sven und Franz die Sache in die eigenen Hände zu nehmen...
