Applying modern political theory to ancient Mediterranean history, it takes a Realist approach to its analysis of the development of Roman involvement in the Greek Mediterranean and employs unipolarity theory to examine the earliest era of Roman geopolitical dominance over the Greek states.

FOR POSTERIORS
DELETED SCENE
The main word is scene. This is not a short story, it is not an episode, it is an introduction scene. A deleted scene at that. It was okay, a bit cute and a lot British. Several gay jokes, which I found weird, since I thought most of England was you know, a little light in the loafers. A big part of the scene was taken up with each individual introducing himself. Before that we got a list of characters and the weapons they use and there was a slaughter part to show how they use the weapons.
I was intrigued that there is a Zombie series out where they actually go out with the sole purpose of killing Zombies. I have read so many Zombie books and watch Zombie series and movies, and I always wonder, why are they not out there purposely clearing the area. If the first book in the series goes on sale (and the $4.95 first in a series sale should be any day now) then I will give it a try. This Scene did not sale me on the series.

This was a fairly standard zombie story. there was a slight twist to moake it different in how the zombies work, but overall it's pretty standard and run of the mill.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Short story. I was emersed in a world of dark grasping, biting, shambling and screaming world of zombies. And up against them a motley band from people lead by a man Howie who used to work at Tesco's . who become a sort of urban army. Running and fighting the zombie hoard. Their is gore, terror and humor. And I was captivated from the word go.

Excellent introduction to the BEST zombie series
While this is an excellent introduction to the team, it cant prepare you for just how good a series this is.
I cant recommend this authors works enough, this series is simply the best one around. Don't be fooled into thinking its your run of the mill zombie series, its so so much more. And for me restarted my love affair with books. Yes its got zombies, blood and gore aplenty, but its got heart, morals and many laugh out loud moments. The author is scarily good at characterisation, so much so that we care deeply for the team in these books, they become almost corporeal, and yet again Mr Haywood you break my fragile little heart into pieces with how you make Meredith come to life.
I have read all of the series, but will still be buying them on audio book, perfect companions on long drives.
