The pauses and depth that is added by the narrator adds much more to the wonderful story. Thank you Audible and David Troughton. Also, I've no words for the story, because it is one of the best. 😀

The narration is exceptional.

This is a story from a totally different era. Different asthetic, different speed of events, sudden disconnection between the main characters. And then a pathetic tragic ending.

But the reading is superb. Well done.
