गीतांजलि एक संपूर्ण विश्व ईश्वर का काव्य है। इसमें कवि का विश्व-व्यापी सरोकार संगीतात्मक ढंग से प्रस्तुत हुआ है। यह लय और तरंग से सज्जित आध्यात्मिक कृति है, जिसे कवि ने नई सज-धज से भारतीय संस्कृति में पिरोकर विश्व के सामने रखा है। इन रचनाओं में भक्ति भाव का वह रूप है, जो विरक्ति को परे रखकर प्रेम और तन्मयता से निर्वाह पाता है और इसी साधना के बल पर रवींद्रनाथ ठाकुर इतने बड़े रचनाकार के रूप में ठहर पाते हैं।
गीतांजलि में प्रस्तुत रवींद्रनाथ टैगोर के ये गीत अपने एक-एक पद में मधुर संगीत ध्वनित करते हैं।

आज प्रथम बार गीतांजलि पढ़ते हुए यह एहसास हुआ कि काश मुझे भी बांग्ला भाषा का ज्ञान होता

i'll give it 2.8 stars.
2.8 stars. Good for those who are interested to religious poetry. But it wasn't my cup of tea. Besides, I just didn't like the narrator. Made it a very forgettable experience for me.

Narration could have been more engaging
Didn’t like the narration. It felt dry and emotionless. I honestly couldn’t feel the greatness of the work as it was just being read without any emotions. Not a very flattering experience for me.
