I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dane Ortlund's Gently And Lowly. This is not a 'doing' text. As Mr.Ortlund reminds us in his epilogue, there is nothing for us to do other than go to Christ and trust him. No, this is a text for reflection, a text to rekindle our hopes whenever we fear that we have messed up our lives beyond repair. I recommend you give it a listen whenever you feel depressed, lonely or abandoned.
