About this listen

Piglet is a kitten from the countryside with the reputation of being able to see ghosts. He is taken to the big city to keep a theatre free of rodents – and possibly to solve the mystery of the theatre's resident ghost. Piglet's first encounter with that ghost is a frightening one, particularly since it happens to be a dog.

By inadvertently walking onto the stage during a performance, Piglet wins the hearts of the theatre-going public and discovers the thrills of fame and fortune. But he also runs into the danger of repeating the experience of Hamlet the dog, who lost his life as a result of becoming a celebrity – and not by accident either!

Piglet solves the mystery surrounding that tragic event and finally brings peace to the theatre.
