Parnparaagat roop se yaatree kaaṭhamaanḍaoo se lukalaa tak havaa_ii-jahaaj se jaate hain, lekin lekhak ne thal-maarg chunaa. Aur thal-maarg bhee aisaa jisake baare men jyaadaatar ṭraikars ko naheen pataa hotaa. Lekhak aur unakee patnee (sahayaatree) ko bhee naheen pataa thaa, lekin niyati ko jo mnzoor thaa, hotaa chalaa gayaa. Aur romaanchak banataa gayaa. Hindee men evaresṭ choṭee ke vrittaanton kee kuchh pustaken upalabdh hain, lekin khaasakar bes kainp ṭraik se snbndhit koii kitaab naheen hai. Har saal duniyaa bhar se hazaaron ṭraikars evaresṭ bes kainp jaate hain. Bhaarat se bhee bahut jaate hain. Jaane se pahale pratyek ṭraikar ke man men bahut saare prashn aate hain, bahut saaree baaten aatee hain, jo praayah anuttarit hee rah jaate hain. Yah kitaab aise yaatriyon kee pratyek jigyaasaa kaa samaadhaan karatee hai.

उत्कृष्ट लिखाई और बेहद प्रभावशाली प्रदर्शन
नीरज भाई ने तो दिल जीत लिया। इतना अच्छा लिखा है की क्या बताएं। पर शशिभूषण चतुर्वेदीजी ने जिस तरह से पढ़ा है वो तो चार चांद लगा रहा है। घर बैठे एवरेस्ट यात्रा हो गई। धन्यवाद।

A good one
Bit Humorous but overall informative.. the author and her wife are always complaining of everything. like if they are on bike they want to walk and track, and when they were walking they were craving for bike.. very little description of main highlight of the book i.e. Everest Base camp..

Satisfying journey
Travelling to base camp with Niraj ji was a wonderful experience. i am not a trekker but I am sure trekkers will find this book useful.

सफर का शानदार अनुभव प्राप्त हुवा !
भारत से नेपाल तक का सफर शानदार तरीके से प्रस्तुत किया गया है.
एवरेस्ट तक के सफर का इतना जीवित वर्णन किया गया कि हर दृश्य आँखों के सामने उजागर हो रहा था.
ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे लेखक नही हम खुद यात्रा कर रहे हैं.
हर द्रश्य का , हर एक चीज का जीवंत वर्णन किया गया है.
एवरेस्ट तक जाने की कामना करने वाले हर यात्री को यह किताब अवश्य पढ़ना चाहिए.
इससे यात्रा करने के लिए किस प्रकार की तैयारी करनी चाहिए औऱ यात्रा में क्या क्या सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए इसकी जानकारी प्राप्त होगी .
शानदार किताब को जानदार आवाज के साथ सुनने में अत्यधिक आनंद आया .
