Mein Bruder nannte mich immer Mutters heilige Kuh. Er meinte damit, dass ich ein faules Mädchen war, im Weg herumstand und zu nichts zu gebrauchen war. Dabei waren das doch gar nicht die Eigenschaften einer heiligen Kuh, dachte ich immer, sie war vielmehr ein Symbol für die Achtung vor dem Leben.
