I am Legend written by Richard Matheson is an excellent tale of isolation and horror as Robert Neville who thinks himself the last man on earth struggles to survive in a world where the rest of the people have become blood sucking vampires.

If you enjoyed the Will Smith movie, the book is superior in every way as the author captures the sense of utter loneliness and isolation powerfully along the with the horror of being outnumbered by vicious creatures.

The narrator of the story, Robertson Dean does a great job with a gritty deep voice.

I love the movie and I love this book. Really goes deep into what happens when one dude survives an apocalypse. I have read this many times and so glad the audible version is also available. The narration is fantastic.
