Indulekha is a Malayalam novel written by O. Chandu Menon. Published in 1889, it was the first major novel in the Malayalam language. It was a landmark in the history of Malayalam literature and initiated the novel as a new flourishing genre.[1] The novel is about a beautiful, well-educated lady from a Nair family.

Started hearing it because of all the hype I’ve heard about this book as a Keralite. Even though I found it hard to understand few parts and wordings, the narrative helped to get the overall idea in a much clearer way. Thanks for helping me finish this all time classic novel of Malayalam.
