Amazing
I love the way Lola Tung narrates these books. It makes me feel like it’s a story being told to me and not like I’m just listening to someone read a book. Amazing performance!

How did they get this so right?
The feelings are so nostalgic! Takes me back to high school. Found this after watching the first season in Netflix. Some things didn’t line up, but it was great! I didn’t read the first book because I just wanted to jump in and see what happened next. Now on to the next book! Love it!

Oh young love
It was a good read.
Belly was getting more comfortable with herself and was happy but it seems that Conrad will never just let her be that way. I think that he even though being the eldest is the most childish.
You either want someone and want to hold on to them forever or you are fine with letting them go. Let them be with someone who wants to be with them properly. Belly does know what she wants but at the same time is reaching for someone who can’t say for certain. Yes people do mess up and circumstances can alter who a person is but in grieve you should allow people in not push them away.
This story line does make you think about what you would do in those situations and if you would do it differently at her age. I’m 26 now but back at 16 I was sure and the unsure all at the same time.
Can’t wait to see how Belly’s story will go.

Brilliant as always from Jenny Han
I’m listening to these in reverse after seeing her series. Highly recommend listening to them all. I feel like I’m watching the series listening to Lola Tung and Gavin Casalegno and Christopher Briney in the third. Well worth a listen is you are fans of the show. Jenny Han is the perfect storyteller.

Read by Lola and Gavin- loved it!
If you enjoyed the novel you should definitely listen to this. It’s a different experience and I loved hearing Gavin read as Jeremiah. A must read series! Romantic, fun, emotional.

I’m excited to read the next one!
PROS A beautifully interwoven tale once again. I am totally hanging on the edge of my seat to see what happens next.
CONS The narrator for Jeremiah is not great all at in my opinion. He has a lisp or some other kind of speech impediment which is so distracting. A perfectly clear and concise voice would be the one thing you need to be book narrator I would have thought. Poor choice for sure.
