Oohh... Such a great start to this series. I was in need of wanting to listen to a whole series and then when I found this audiobook, the Blurb was so freaking catchy that I immediately jumped in.

I have to say this one really hooks you in and I was so curious, wanting to find out the mystery behind it all.

Kaitlyn has had her heart broken and lives with her parents yet she's trying her best.
One night, at home partying with friends and while out skinny dipping, suddenly there's a storm and out walk two strange people.

And enter the mysterious Marcus Campbell with a hot scottish accent and wearing a kilt with a sword around his waist.
Everyone has questions as to who he is and where has he come from.

I really loved seeing Kaitlyn teaching Marcus everything about modern life while also trying to figure out the secrets that he's hiding.
Marcus and Kaitlyn have this beautiful chemistry that kind of builds slowly but fiercely as there are no expectations and also kaityln doesn't really know if she should pursue anything with a man who seems to be hiding something big.

Marcus is such a freaking gentleman. The way he speaks, and I'm not saying it's only about his accent but his mannerisms and his understanding, the way he respects others and his whole aura is so amazing.

We are kept on our toes regarding to the secret about Marcus and it was really fascinating knowing about the time travel angle.

The narrator Keira Stevens has done such an amazing job with both kaityln's voice but her Scottish accent as Marcus was also so freaking great.

I'm already onto book 2 and I reckon I'm going to be devouring this series. Loved this one.

Oohhh... Give me more. 😍
