I had a spritual awakening few years ago, when I read and practiced the method taught by "Doc". It has changed my life, I used to be this emotionally,mentally and physically troubled being to being healthy wealthy and radiant, all because of his teachings. This is a perfect guide how to handle your emotions and not get swept away by it in heat of the moment. I have heard and read this book several times through out my life. One thing I promise is, you will feel lighter just by listening to it, even if you don't practice the method of letting go taught by "Doc". May his presence be with us all the time. and his bless his soul where ever it maybe. We love you "Doc" and miss you all lot.

I always thought that spirituality is a rare thing that only special people can experience it, but this book has made me realize that spirituality can be achieved by all if you desire it. The letting go principle is one of the techniques to build self awareness and self consciousness, which helps you to strengthen your spiritual perspective; this principle has infinite application, and this infinite applicability makes it one with God (the higher being).
