Good! Not brilliant.

Hated the undisciplined nature of main character but overall hurdles in the life of main character was good. Performance(as audiobook) was damn awesome, that made it more enjoyable. Must read if you are in relationship with a doctor and are not doctor yourself! Ending is very good.
