Eye opener......
This book tries to discuss most of the important happenings, theories, concepts and various diet plans which centers around low carbing.
Even while reading the book, I experimented on the concepts discussed in the book. I'm able to improve my appetite, satiety, energy levels, weight loss, glucose levels in blood in a matter of about a week. I had to study my reactions to the ideas mentioned in the book and adapt it for myself. Am able to get an overall idea of healthy diet.
My personal experience on the above things confirms with the book. Many concepts can't be confirmed by experiments of an individual like me. For those ideas, we should rely on other sources of studies....

An excellent book that reviews very well the exist
Recommend it to anyone interested in nutrition or confused by all the conflicting messages by the media. He explains in detail what recent research says about nutrition and later in the book reviews existing diets like Atkins, Paleo, Keto, Zone and more

Everything you need to know
I was looking for a book that is objective, informative but not dictatorial... the author nailed it! I cant recommend this book enough if you are looking to make educated decisions about your diet.
