El gaucho es el alma de la Pampa Argentina. Noble y valiente sin comparación, el gaucho merodea por la pampa, esclavo de nadie más que su deseo por explorar y vivir plenamente en el campo argentino. Martín Fierro era un gaucho así, pero que sería pronto puesto a prueba por las vueltas de la vida. Fue forzado a luchar por la milicia argentina contra los nativos de las tierras, aguantando malos tratos, hambre y negación a su sueldo y ahora se ve desilusionado por un gobierno que no lo quiere.

El gaucho trabajador será ahora un gaucho fugitivo pero, ¿dónde le llevarán ahora sus aventuras bajo el sol, la luna y las estrellas?
