Das Hörbuch ist in 3 Themenbereiche gegliedert: Las Vegas, der erste Teil - erzählt von einer Nacht in... genau - Las Vegas. Erinnert entfernt an "Hangover", nur sind die geschilderten Abenteuer leider wirklich passiert und zwar gut 10 Jahre vor "Hangover". Der dominante Mittelteil glänzt mit Star Storys, attraktiven Frauen und Monaco. Der abgründige 3. Teil handelt davon, wie man trotz widriger Umstände überlebt. Er schildert gefährliche, aber auch skurrile Situationen, die um ein Haar tödlich ausgegangen wären: u.a. für Aerosmith, Bono, Johnny Cash, Nikki Sixx, Ozzy, Clapton - und für den Autor. Er berichtet von der Gefahr, die von psychotischen Freundinnen ausgeht, Linksverkehr und Krokodilen. "MONACO" ist authentisch, lehrreich und stellenweise verstörend. Vor allem aber unterhaltsam.
