About this listen
Most people think success comes from good luck or enormous talent, but many successful people achieve their accomplishments in a simpler way: through self-discipline. Brian Tracy knows this firsthand. He didn’t graduate from high school, and after working for a few years as a laborer, he realized he had limited skills and a limited future. But through the power of self-discipline, he changed his life, achieving success in sales and marketing, investing, real-estate development, and management consulting. He has consulted to more than 1,000 companies, given motivational speeches and seminars to more than four million people in 40 countries, and written 45 books.
No Excuses! shows you how you can achieve success in all three major areas of your life:
- Your personal goals: self-discipline can help you realize that you are responsible for your success and shows you how persistence really does pay off.
- Your business and money goals: self-discipline can make you a better leader and a better manager, help you close more sales and make more money, improve your time-management and problem- solving abilities, and make you more effective and successful at work.
- Your overall happiness: self-discipline can help you be happier, healthier, and more physically fit, and it can help you in your marriage and your relationships with your children and friends.
Each of the 21 chapters in this audiobook shows you how to be more disciplined in one aspect of your life, with end- of-chapter exercises to help you apply the “no excuses” approach to your own life. With these guidelines, you can learn how to be more successful in everything you do—instead of wistfully envying others who you think are just “luckier” than you. A little self-discipline goes a long way...so stop making excuses and listen to this audiobook!

Improve our lives
I loved this audio book. The main theme is stressed throughout the book. Thanks to Brain Tracy for an excellent work. This is not a novel. We should not read everything and leave it just like that. We've to chew it action by action for the good result. I UNDERSTOOD WE ALWAYS BE PATIENCE to achieve anything. Once I finished the book and once again I'm going to read it step by step to develop my inner soul.

very valuable
the language of writting is so beautiful. the voice performance is perfect for sharing this thoughts of personality development. listening is experience was so smooth and want to listen again in future.
There was lot of moments where Brian Tracy struck the chord. I was like wow. At one point I stopped and explained my wife how great the book is.
Coming to the book content, it is organized and presented very well. From the introduction itself this book inspired me a lot to act on it. generally self improvement or personality development books are telling common wisdom. But we need that because to Reiterate ourselves and give chance to have thought about it. Sometimes we have developed some resistance for few traits or behaviours we wanted in ourselves. These books could have destroy thoss resistance. No excuses done me the same. more over the book has the truth. it has high values. one wonderful thing is it gave practical tips to keep our own values in difficult situations. the chapter about self discipline and character building or values shows us how the values work. I was always wanted to be a person of values. but there are lot of factors in real world challenging me. this book gives a transparent view of how keeping values helps us. I got lot of clarity from the book.
one of the important part in the book is the questions or exercises given in the last of every chapter. I am planning to buy a physical book and will go through those exercises.
