On purpose is one of my favourite podcasts that I listen to every week without fail. The solos and the interviews every week are so insightful with a lot of takeaways on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. I feel like somehow Jay knows exactly what I need to hear and the solutions that Jay provides in the solo episodes target the very root of the issues.
