Don’t waste a credit or your money
A bunch of snippets from various Hay House courses and recordings. No clear story line. Speakers refer to what they said in earlier chapters (but it’s not in this collection). Even some of the meditations feel rushed.
Perhaps this is good if you know absolutely nothing.
A little disappointed in Hay House.

Great, I would very much reccomend this. I prefer the audio version with soothing and uplifting voices a s needed.

Beginners level
I think the chapters in this audio book are segments taken from each of the presenters other audio books. It's good as a taster into the different branches of spirituality and to try and find a teacher you resonate with. But honestly I don't think I learned anything new.

nothing new here. if you've never read any spiritual text, you might get a few pearls but this book does not offer anything that isnt already widely known.
