Right from Josie's book we have been seeing how Diesel and Tracy eye each other but ofcourse the grumpy biker wouldn't ever admit it.
Diesel talks in only grunts and growls so that obviously leaves no room for any kind of talk and Tracy has had enough of Diesel's over-protectiveness when it comes to her.
It's like he wouldn't let anyone come near her and won't let himself do that even.
I loved seeing feisty Tracy, a long way from the timid one we had seen in the couple books prior where she appears in the series.
Having had escaped one dangerous and painful past, Tracy is adamant that she won't let any one control her ever.
When an incident happens, something changes as there's an obvious shift but again the chains of past trauma hold diesel back and Tracy can't take this anymore.
Argghhh.... Diesel had me gritting my teeth. I mean I get where he's coming from but I wanted him to take that leap of faith with Tracy.
But that man was so stubborn and I loved that Tracy also makes him work hard for her and doesn't back down.
Ooohhh... But I was having so much fun because on one hand you can see how much these two wanted each other and on the other hand, they were being so freaking annoying.
But I loved how it all plays out and when these two finally give in...oh my... The fireworks were explosive and their chemistry... Ooohhh.... Let me tell you these two together... Freaking hot and oh so sizzling... 🥵🔥♨️
There's this crazy twist that comes out of nowhere and oh... Wow... I loved how Ms. Foster did that.
I listened to this series on Audible and am oh so loving the Audiobooks. The narrators of this one are Savannah Peachwood and Jacob Morgan and both were amazing. Savannah is undoubtedly now one of my top favorite female narrators.
Also meeting the Whiskeys was soooo fun because I love them all oh so much. I'm gonna miss this series oh so much... Ahhh... Loved this one.
