A must read, for anyone trying to understand the nuances of running a start-up and not just limited to that but the approach and mindset to tackle the day to day challenges which might arise in running such.

Also the book reflects the necessity of a functioning team collaboratively working hard to achieve the common goal. The story of Nike is the perfect example to demonstrate the role of a leader and a vision statement of a company in channelising the energy of the team to conquer successive milestones.

Overall an enjoyable read, many thanks to the author as well as the narrator for giving the audience a memorable experience!
