awesome
I loved it I read it when it came out on Kendall but it was even better as an audible I just wish we had more on them like what else happened if they get married do they love happily ever after did his ex-wife come to him you know I just want to know some more information about them we need to recap

Interesting Story
This was a very interesting story. Will probably have to read it again to get a better understanding of the time lines. Definitely missing Jakobi as the male narrator.

Truth is the Truth
This short by Alexandria House was a mysterious yet tantalizing tale of Claudette and Truth. They are both from the rough side of the tracks. Whereas Claudette is unable to escape, Truth becomes extremely successful and even more so under his father-in-law’s tutelage.
They met through a mutual friend - one that Claudette is dating and is friends with Truth and the sparks are immediate. Both know they are with the wrong people already. The issue is they realize they are perfect for each other.
Forced to walk away, the story picks up with Truth coming back in town, and this time he’s ready and coming for what should’ve been...his Claudette. This book bae is also coming for readers hearts because Truth is the TRUTH.

Nice Romance Short Story
This was a nicely written story about the barriers that can exist in trying to achieve true love. However, despite all the descriptive language, I didn’t experience passion between Truth and Claudette. I don’t know whether to attribute it to the writing, the narrators, the format (i.e., a short story) or a combination of it all.

Where is the rest of it
I want to know more about these two. This was a cliff hanger. It really feels like there should be a whole lot more than what was there even though I know it was a short story.

Great Story
This story was about how love can be right under your nose but the time isn’t right. I love the voice actors voices and they made you feel the thoughts and emotions of the two main characters.
