the book so phenomenal. the audio is good. so many insights. one needs to practise at least 40 days to see the benefits. when you are at alpha level you can think only good thoughts beneficial for the mankind. you cannot operate negative things there. help will be provided from the other side depending on the amount of beings benefotted in this world. dont jist meditate all the time, you need to involve in the world and find solutions to the problem. amazing book
