Gave me nightmares

Super creepy. I honestly had nightmares after trying to listen to this. Make sure to listen to the sample before buying.

Freaky and ineffective

This is awful! You can hear the freaky "subliminal" messages and they sound much like an obscene phone call. Disturbing - and a waste of time and money!

Amazing!

I know it seems like a gimmick, but it has helped to keep me motivated. I wouldn't have been able to stay as consistent without this audiobook. I have lost a total of 20 lbs in 8 months, I workout 4-6 days a week. when I take a break from this audiobook I dread exercising. Give it a try it can't hurt.

Not impressed.

Waste of time and money. Sound quality is very bad. Narrator mumbles and you can't understand what he is saying.

Don't waste your money!

I've listened to this twice a day for 30 days and I can honestly say, it has made no difference at all. On the plus side, its great for helping you get to sleep!

sublime subliminal

This audio although short is very good, the voice is so relaxing. I listen to it at bedtime and I fall asleep no problem (it even tells u it will work whilst you are asleep) Im starting to see the benefits already! X

Works Every Tine

Whenever I find myself off track and needing to get motivated back to a healthier lifestyle, I always come back to this book audio. I play it as I'm going to sleep at night or in the background as I'm working through the day.

Impossible to hear

Impossible to hear anything. Hopeless performance. Worst I have ever bought. What a waste of money.
