This book had me gritting my teeth and at times being so annoyed with Colin because he was such a commitment phobic saying that he could never go there with Amy because her being his best friend's sister, he also had to think of her like that.
We have raging sparks flying between Amy and Colin especially after that scorching kiss at the wedding and then the hot promises he makes her.
But Colin... Argghh... That man was so freaking stubborn.
I first met Amy in Reed Rivers Trilogy where she stumbles upon Reed and Georgina and she definitely came across as timid.
But Amy is actually a very sweet girl and seriously, I loved how that girl is and the way she instantly connects with Colin's family and friends. But especially the way she loves Colin and yet gives him back properly when he's being a stubborn AH, I really liked her.
Especially if a girl can make Caleb C-bomb melt just imagine the magic she must have. I mean I was actually laughing at the scenes where Caleb is distressed over Amy organizing his house because he's a recluse and he doesn't care about people but Amy he couldn't deny her. 😅
I have to say though these books pack some really spice on high scenes. I mean the scorching parts are beyond 🔥🌶️🌶️🥵🥵
Also my absolute freaking FAVORITE part is where we actually get to listen to the songs that are mentioned in the book.
My top favorite remains Hate-s-€--x-high but now Swoon and fireflies has joined the top rank.
I have to mention Colin's mother because she was such an amazing baddie in this one and the way she straightens up her son... Ooohhh..
Listening to the audiobook is an absolute must and a plus because the songs are a blast to listen to. Ahhh... 😍😍😍
I'm jumping straight to the next Rockstar book because I seriously can't have enough of this spectacular and addictive world that Ms. Rowe has created.
