When it comes to fitness and eating healthy, my go to is Ms. Diwekar because of how she focuses on traditional diet being the best and nuskas from our kitchen that can help us in having a healthy diet.

Even though this one is a quick read and initially starts with a lot of analysis data provided with the results of this 12 week project yet it's a great book.
So, this book gives you straight forward steps, basically starting with minor changes introduced in every month and that if you continue would help you form new and healthy choices within 12 weeks.

It's like a manual with clear instructions and you can literally start immediately by following her steps. Like, where she says start with only five Surya namaskars every day and don't increase the number till it becomes a habit.
From breakfast tips to meals to workout tips, this book is so straightforward and very easy to follow as a guide.

Straight forward and easy to understand guide to inculcate healthy changes.
