And it was every bit as addictive, especially Adrian.. Oh my... Intense, brooding...
Ivy always has been seeing things but she always thought that she had some issues mentally that she didn't understand and were just a figment of her imagination.
When back to back tragedy strikes with Ivy's sister missing and then losing her parents, she goes searching for her sister.
But when she reaches the place her sister was last seen at, she's shocked to see a vision of another place and her sister not able to hear her even when she screams for her.
Adrian's entry changes Ivy's entire world and she finally realizes that her visions are actually her seeing the sneak peeks into demon realms.
I was so into this book and it was fascinating to witness secrets unfold and dangerous encounters with demons and minions and the near crash with 🏴☠️....
I felt like I was on an adventure ride with two people on whom the fate of the world was resting.
The stakes are raised when Ivy realizes that Adrian's destiny is meant to betray her.
From the start we have this question about Adrian's real identity. And this question keeps on troubling Ivy and also us as readers as to why is it said that he would betray her.
When Ivy realizes that her sister is actually in a demon realm and that she will need the three main weapons that only the descendant of her legacy can wield, so begins the quest of hunting for the weapons by entering the many demon realms.
I was glued listening to the wild adventure that is this book. As it's riddled with dangers on every turn, and that is bound to happen when you're fighting against the powerful demons.
It was so intriguing to see the many exciting twists we get about both Adrian and Ivy's legacy, the secrets about their pasts and especially about how they fight and have to flee time and again.
The fight scenes were so lit because usually I'm not a complete full on action kinda girl you know where we have tough fight going on while attacks happen and all that, but this one felt like a action movie that was oh so gripping.
This one is a fantasy ride that's definitely full of exciting and crazy wicked twists, thrilling action, and a bond that's forged so strong yet fated to be betrayed all the while fighting an unbeatable opponent.
Oohh... I'm so excited for the next book. Because.... What the.... the way this one ended... Oh my... I mean... I need the next book right now. Loved loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
