About this listen

Brought to you by Puffin.

The third audiobook in the latest series from international bestselling author, Rick Riordan, read by Robbie Daymond.

He was a God once. Until he was cast out his father, Zeus. Now, he's an awkward teenager.

Called Lester.

The only way out is a series of scary and dangerous trials, of course.

For his third trial, Apollo must journey through the Labyrinth to free an Oracle who only speaks in puzzles.

Then, defeat the most vicious of three very vicious Roman Emperors.

(All without the use of his godly powers.)

It looks like he will need all the help he can get - from some new and old friends.

For those PJO fans who loved its light-hearted humour, even in tense moments, not much of that remains in this book. Most of it is serious
tbh, and the storyline is not that satisfactory either, nothing much unexpected, apart from one major shocker (which I won’t be disclosing here). Still, the standards of the book are still very high. and you are likely to enjoy it pretty much😊

Where did the humour go?
