I like that the author always have a good plot(with really good research and attention to detail) connected to what is basically a romance but the characters went a little too far with being perfect... It got a little too make believe and over the top... I still listened to the whole thing since I am a sucker for romance and happy endings.. I still prefer her The witness and few others ones but I always learn some new facts about plants and home maintenance which I always love...
