Incredible box set

This box set is such an amazing deal with four incredible books. I enjoyed each of the individual books and the sets of narrators for each couple did a great job.

My 5 stars are for Tulsa

I loved Jett's story (book 1) and I fell in love with Tulsa (book 2). Rivers broke my heart (book 3) and the chick in Ridge's story (book 4) made me want to punch her. But overall, it's my most revisited collection. I don't know if I can credit it to falling in love with Tulsa's character or Jason Clarke's voice, but I love, love, love book 2. I both love and hate Erin Mallon's narration. I love the energy she has, but get irritated with how she hangs on to the last letter of words. All the narration is pretty good, but damn...Jason Clarke. All the characters are well written because they evoke sympathy and love, even the last book. The stories are well written and I love watching the characters grow and discover themselves. It's worth the money/credits even if you only fall in love with Tulsa. But all the Crow Brothers are worth at least one listen.

Makes you want to see The Crow Brothers

I was wrapped up in these novels!! Each novel was captivating and had its own wonderful story line. I loved that they in ways also tied into each other, so you were never left totally hanging. The narrators did wonderful jobs as well. After finishing the series I really wanted to see The Crow Brothers, The Resistance and Ferris Wheel in concert LOL! I cannot believe this was a bundled deal... AMAZING!

So much story for the price

I loved following all four of these brothers, even though one is honorary. The story lines are engaging and different. The four sets of narrators did a superb job in acting out all the emotions that happen throughout. I was sorry to see this end.

Jet, Tulsa, Rivers and Ridge

These rockstars are amazing. I loved each story individually. Each Crow and his special lady have unique backgrounds and they come together collectively. Alfie is a hit, he became a really great speak you mind kid. The woman also formed a great bond. I highly recommend this series. Now let’s talk narration... EPIC every single book! I enjoy have different sets of narrators each time. #sistersspotlight 💕

I absolutely loved this series!💜

When I started this series I thought, oh boy. Another romance novel with nothing but sex. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This was a wonderful series of books and the characters were wonderful and so lovable. Between the pain & heartbreak, the deceit the abuse and the love and devotion this series has it all. The narration was absolutely amazing. I would recommend this series! Sisters Spotlight 💜

The good and the bad within the stories

The first two stories were amazingly narrated and enjoyed the erotic story within, but the last two had worse narration from both male and female. I couldn't finish because the story and narrators from book 4 were unbearable.

Meh

The first two stories were pretty good engaging stories, however the third story was beyond boring I had to skip through some of the first chapters then forced myself to go back and listen to the ones I skipped as the story seemed to make very little sense. Even though I listened all the way through I found Fisher's story to be convoluted and beyond unbelievable with shockingly unconvincing narration. Book 3 was so bad that I really didn't care about the two main characters and it made me care very little for book 4 which also seemed to just go round and round in boring circles. With regards to the narration considering most of the books characters are born and raised in the southern states the accents were from nowhere near. Also it's really weird when no two narrators vocalise the same few characters even remotely similarly from one book to the next. In conclusion books 1 and 2 are passable verging on good but books 3 and 4 are so horrendously bad that they dragged the review score way way down. Sorry, not sorry!

The Crow Bros

Spark - 2⭐️ The storyline was ok, but the narration wasn’t good and felt really rushed and devoid of any emotion. Tulsa - 3,5⭐️ Storyline was ok and the narration was way better on both counts in this one. Rivers - 4⭐️ The story, again ok, maybe a bit on the boring side but the narration, especially Jacob Morgan made it completely worth it. I bet he could be reading an instruction manual and make it sound good! Ridge - 2⭐️ The story was sooo forced and prolonged. Didn’t really care for the narration either, so wanted to DNF pretty much every 30min but made myself finish anyway.

I was loving this until....

Hmmmm, unfortunately I got to book 3, Rivers and I couldn't get through it. I have seen reviews saying that before and I couldn't ever understand what they were talking about.... Until now. I honestly just can't hack the female narrator and her character. The narrator sounds like she's got a blocked nose or something. I'm not a nasty person so if she reads this, don't take it personally... Everyone has different opinions. Plus the character is nuts! Is there really women in the world that go on like that?! I never pick everything apart around me like that so I just can't associate. I'm so confused. She's just odd. Sorry but I've got to be honest and although I'm doing a terrible job of explaining my reasons.... I'm a bit flabbergasted.... ALSO... Someone PLEASE tell the female narrator in the Rivers book that no one says "UGG" it's much more likely to be a frustrated, forced sigh... Like "UGH" so the G is silent.... She said it like ten times or something by the time I was incredibly sick of hearing it repeated. I know that I sound mean and I honestly feel truly awful because I loved the first 2 books and how they worked the time line between them. I would definitely read the first 2 again but I can't hack book 3. Hmmmm..... Do I skip to book 4 or give up now because I'm irritated with losing a credit and not enjoying it all of the way through?!?! I just don't know!!! Ps if you are reading the reviews to find out if the book has saucy encounters (I've spotted a few of you 🤔😘) yep there's some canny saucy bits in the first 2. I have read several books from this author so I really hope that the narrator in Rivers doesn't turn people away that don't know how good their stories truly are.

Amazing stories but they need a trigger warning

I loved these stories. The narration is a little tricky at times. After listening to Jet and Hannah and then hearing how the next guy did Jet voice It was a real jarring experience. My main worry is there really needs to be a warning for readers especially with Rivers story especially. This story made me quite anxious but I couldn’t stop reading as I needed to check they all got a HEA. Having never experienced any violence I found myself clenching and distressed to hear the sexual violence she experienced.

a lot to say

fisrt of all the stories.. one more beutiful than the other. i loved these books more that the everest brothers, and i loved them a lot. i am a sucker for happy endings and she gave me 4. about the performance, i loved all the male readers, in particular tulsa rivers and ridge. they sounded and felt like real rockstars. jet was a bit too mature for the part in my opinion, but he is a great reader. the female readers were also all great, but i must say i didn't enjoy the one reading Nicki in Tulsa as her voice was not the one i pucture for a young rockstar.. again too mature. the last female reader in Ridge sometimes sounded almost robotic. said that, i had a great great time and i would definitely read them again.

Lucy Rivers ruins an otherwise enjoyable story

if I wasn't already invested in the set I eould have deleted it at the sound of Lucy Rivers appalling British accent. very hard to listen to. Would have been a higher review if not for that.

4 Beautiful Love Stories

I 💖 each of these books the stories were beautifully written and made my heart melt. I loved that the angst within the stories was not between the couples but some external factor. What amazing men the Crow brothers are! One female narrator was disappointing I can’t remember who, Tulsa or Rivers but the male narrator more than made up for it.

Wow

I read these books in a box set. Spark Jet and Hannah’s story was one of split loyalties for Hannah. They met and had a hot hook up that both couldn’t forget, without knowing what destiny had in store for them. Hannah soon realised where her loyalties laid. The brother bond in this story is amazing. Jet balancing a band with a son he never knew he had. This was a great story. Tulsa Wow Tulsa’s started with a whirlwind and didn’t stop throughout. Lots of hidden love that in the end couldn’t be kept secret any longer. Tulsa and Nikki’s story was a lot of fun. Add in the comradeship of the brothers and outlaw label and it was a blast. Rivers Stella was the one love Rivers couldn’t get over or forget. He knew they had been soul mates from a very young age. But something had gone wrong. You got snips of what happened in the two other books, but it is this book that tells their story and leads them back to themselves. Loved it. Ridge Ridge and Meadows story was star cross lovers that couldn’t quite get it right till the end. Dave had so much going on and wasn’t a sharer till Meadow saw through him and became his sunshine. They nearly had it right a couple of times, only to have beliefs drummed into Meadow at an early age interfere with them. But in the end after across the ocean flights they got it together.
