Almost Excellent
Our expectations and attitudes play am important role, agreed. But there is one other equally important factor, the diet. We are what we eat. But the author overlooks this completely even when he's explaining situations in which diet obviously played a major role. Diet merits only a passing mention in this book. That makes the arguments rather incomplete.
