Practical and Robust model
Watched a short video on YouTube and was thoroughly impressed with the model. I bought the audio book and listened to it. Absolutely love it. The model is very practical and can be adopted with a ease. The authors covered several aspects of leadership in detail and really well. Strongly recommended!

Must read if your serious about building leaders
It was a eureka moment for me when I first saw the leadership pipeline graphics which made me buy the book. I wish I had read this years ago, it would have spared from a lot of pain and made me better equipped to advise my clients.
Must read for anyone who is serious about building their own or their organisations leadership capability. Practical and insightful. Full of examples and pointers which are easy to follow.

Handbook for managers and leaders
greatness of this book is that it provides very specific inputs for manager as they go through leadership passages which can be easily converted into action plans.
