2) Filled with numbers. Every chapter is filled with x no. of this and that and that happened like I am listening to a TV broadcast of stock market today. It is unnecessarily long because of this.
3) So much time is spent on proving with fake research that rarely any time is given to the actual core message of the book. This book is simply, shallow.
4) Questionable recommendations: Alcohol, a known addictive, people literally spend a lot to get rid of this habit is being asked to take everyday in small amount. The author completely disregarded the addictiveness of the same as if if someone did become and addict it would be his fault.
5) Research on non-human subjects are cited at all the places. We learnt this from Jason Fung himself that human studies should be superior.
6) The author is obsessed with recommending affiliate partners all through the book as if he's a youtuber.
Stick to only Dr.Jason Fung's book and to Jason Fung: Don't partner with idiots just for money. This is not the first book that you are also an author that turned out to be a joke.
