Just Woww

This brilliantly written children fantasy book drove me back to my nostalgia and what do I say about Kate Winslet, she is my favorite actress too but in this form she has shown a ripping performance

Voice modulation

Loved it, but the voice modulation was a little off. I couldn't keep it on a steady volume as she kept moving from a very low voice to suddenly very high. Very theatrical but not functional for an audio book which one uses headphones for.

Lovely short story.

My daughter wished it was longer but it's still a great tale and Kate does a good job with the narration.

Under rated Roald Dahl classic, must listen.

I remember reading this book in school, I don't know why I always have been fixed by this story.

Then many years later I could not find the book again, but now I found it.

It's a great little story

We loved the ducks and the acting of the crying Mummy. It was funny what happened to the family. It's good but maybe not our favourite Roald Dahl - haha
