Lav is about to start at a new school in Chicago, but his heart is torn between his home and his friends back in Brooklyn.

Lav is thrilled because he's now able to see Amethyst, in her first semester at the Under School and thriving, and Rose, who seems unsure of how to find her footing during their final year of Elementary Magic, a lot easier and more regularly.
