I have been following Jefferson for a long time and love his tips. This book is a collection of gems. For someone like me who often draws a blank or doesn't quite know how to frame certain sentences, this book offers me the templates I need. I'm so glad he narrated the book himself. It is the most soothing, and most helpful, conversation about the art of conversations.
