Too much chatter

Could have been much concise. But author has included too much information about the hundreds of researches that makes this book unbearable. I mean what am I supposed to do when a sports person's performance improves by seconds. And the author is not even a sleep scientist or sleep research.

On top of it the narration is pathetic. The accent becomes irritating after a while.
