Story
The first time I met Hudson Rothschild was at a wedding. I’d received an unexpected invitation to one of the swankiest venues in the city. Hudson was a groomsman and quite possibly the most gorgeous man I’d ever laid eyes on. He asked me to dance, and our chemistry was off the charts. I knew it wasn’t a good idea to get involved with him, considering the wedding I was at. But our connection was intense, and I was having a great time. Though the fun came to a screeching halt when Hudson figured out I wasn’t who I’d said I was.

Lexington Dane was my brother’s best friend growing up. We did everything together. He taught me how to throw a punch, how to change a tire...and he taught me how to kiss. I fell hard and fast, and gave him all my firsts. I promised I’d wait for him.... But I’m done waiting, because he went off to college and never came back. He took his fancy business degree and moved to New York City, where he promptly became a real estate mogul - turning every penthouse and apartment project he touched into gold.

I was upgraded to first class on a flight from London to New York. The food, champagne, and service were impeccable. The blue-eyed man sitting next to me, even better. He was suave and intelligent. We talked and laughed, and something clicked. Fate took over and the plane was grounded, and we had an unexpected stopover for the night. With no plans, we made our own.

But one night, after too much wine, I find myself online, creating a profile for a sex kitten called SweetVixen. Safe behind my computer screen, I'm suddenly the seductive goddess of my wildest imagination.

The beginning of my sophomore year in college was off to a rough start. On the first day of orientation, I had an altercation with an infuriating British dude in a campus bathroom. (The ladies’ room was out of order. So, I used the men’s room. Don’t judge.) I got home later that night and realized that the foreign student we were expecting to rent a room in my parents’ house was allergic to our cat. So, the spare room went to someone else: Caleb - the British guy from the men’s room. And so it began...my love-hate story with Caleb Yates. Or was it hate-love in that order?

The first time I met Caine West was in a bar. He noticed me looking his way and mistakenly read my scowling as checking him out. When he attempted to talk to me, I set him straight -- telling him what I thought of his lying, cheating, egomaniacal ass. You see, the gorgeous jerk had wined and dined my best friend-smooth talking her into his bed, all along failing to mention that he was married. He deserved every bit of my tongue-lashing and more for what he'd done.

Everyone says opposites attract. And they must be right, because there’s no logical reason why I’m so drawn to Colin Fitzgerald. I don’t usually go for tattoo-covered, video-gaming, hockey-playing nerd-jocks who think I’m flighty and superficial. His narrow view of me is the first strike against him. It doesn’t help that he’s buddy-buddy with my brother. And that his best friend has a crush on me. And that I just moved in with them. Oh, did I not mention we’re roommates?

The first time I met Chase Parker, I didn't exactly make a good impression. I was hiding in the bathroom hallway of a restaurant, leaving a message for my best friend to save me from my awful date. He overheard and told me I was a bitch, then proceeded to offer me some dating advice. So I told him to mind his own damn business and went back to my miserable date. I couldn't help but sneak hidden glances at the condescending jerk on the other side of the room. Of course, he caught me on more than one occasion, and winked.

Publisher's Summary
Bonus: Includes a special Q&A with Jacob Morgan at the end of the audiobook.
Dear Sexy AF Intern,
I know you don't particularly care that I'm the CEO of this company, and you're just an intern. I also know you're not impressed by my power or my wealth, and that's fine.
You think you've got me all figured out from working alongside me for two weeks, but you don't know me. Not really.
You don't know that I'm a single dad to twin toddlers, or that those two little girls matter more to me than this entire hotel chain.
I'm not interested in starting something deep and meaningful, but what I am interested in is the way your body reacts to mine when we're in the same room. You probably assume the concentration on my face is work-related, when in reality, I'm figuring out which I want more - to nail you against the wall, or to bend you over my desk.
While you're too disciplined to act on it, I'm not. And the night you stepped into my limo, all bets were off.

Ugh stops in the middle
Interesting story premise but not enough meat to justify a cliffhanger. Narrators very good as always but this book just stops in the middle of the story. I have no problem with series but don’t make a series by cutting a finished story in half to get two credits which is what this feels like.

Worth a credit? 🤷♀️
The Two Week Arrangement by Kendall Ryan is a fun, flirty story about Presley, a hard-working, beautiful, new intern who is putting her brother through dance school and Dom, the CEO of the hotel chain where Presley is working. Dom, who is emotionally unavailable, and not interested in a long-term relationship harbors a pretty big secret. After Presley helps Dom out of a jam, he realizes he is not only drawn to her beauty, but also to her brain. Their brand new relationship barely has time to blossom before it is threatened by outside forces. You will be left with a cliffhanger before you find out if their love will survive.
Is this story worth a credit? 👎 I would suggest waiting until the two books are on sale. It is a decent enough story, but I think the two books in this series could have been combined into one. The plot seems rushed. Also, there were a few foreshadowing items that the author started but never brought to completion. If she had, there could have been much more storyline to actually fill two books.

A sinful arrangement (with a few spoilers)
I literally cried because I felt duped by the cliffhanger at the end! I’ve been reading romance novels for decades and PURPOSELY stay away from cliffhangers until all the books in the series are out for me to binge read. I’m an avid reader so there will be about five books before I get to the sequel then I have to re-familiarize myself with everything. According to Amazon.com – it should be out June 25th. (Yes! I stalked the author’s page to find out.)
Now that we’ve covered the cliff hanger, let’s get down to the review. I don’t usually put in spoilers but I feel that since I was hung out there to dry – why not? I won’t give you too much (because it is a really good read)…but I am going to give more than I would usually give in my reviews.
Dom – CEO of family business all because his older brother who was supposed to take over passed away. His parents have both passed on as well. When he learned that his girlfriend was pregnant with twin girls but planned to abort them – he gave her everything she ever wanted in life to guarantee they were carried to term. She signed the girls over to him and took off. The girls are his only family. He doesn’t do relationships – instead he uses an upscale escort service for dates, plus one, etc. (not intimacy). His daughters and the company he owns keeps him plenty busy.
His company needs a new executive staff member to work alongside him and his BFF (VP) so he brings in three interns on an unpaid trial basis to team up with current members of the executive team. He’s teamed with Presley.
Presley’s mom passed when she was a teen. Her dad mentally checked out on her and her brother. Especially since her brother came out as gay and wanted to take up dance in college. Presley, having a 4.0 GPA and being a hardworking, picked up the slack. Using her internship checks to pay for his tuition. When a coveted (unpaid) internship to Dom’s company become available. She goes for it, gets it and is doing amazingly!
One night, Dom’s escort doesn’t show up for an important dinner with a potential client and he needs a plus one. He offers the money to Presley. Completely platonic and it goes well.
Here is what I absolutely LOVE about these two. The circumstances above would paint Dom as an emotional wreck (family passed, shifty ex-girlfriend, single dad who’s overworked) but he’s really not. He has his good and bad moments but everything is tastefully done AND with reasons that make sense.
Same for Presley (accepting money to be a plus one really isn’t what it seems either) the author does a great job of giving you legitimate reasons that help you understand why she does what she does. Oh and by the way, she’s a virgin so she’s not into accepting money for dates on the regular.
Of course, after you fall in love with both characters, there is a misunderstanding that will blow your mind!! Then the story ends. GASP! They give you a few chapters of the next book to clear up a few things but it’s not the same as finishing the entire story.
My recommendation – wait on book 2 and then read them ALL together. However, it’s an awesome book with great characters.

Holy cliffhanger!
Holy cliffhanger. All I can say is thank goodness the second book is out and I can jump right in, because I would have hated waiting after the end of this book! The Two Week Arrangement is a duet from Kendall Ryan featuring CEO Dominic and his new intern, Presley.
CEO and single dad. I'm here for it. When Presley starts her internship, she's not expecting to be mentored by the CEO himself, but when Dom sees Presley, he can't stay away. Presley has 2 weeks of this internship to prove herself. In those 2 weeks she and Dom grow close in more ways than just working. Their sexual tension is off the charts and though they both try to stay away for their own reasons, the pull they have is irresistible.
I listened to the audio book of The Two Week Arrangement and it was the perfect narration. I mean, with Jacob Morgan and Andi Arndt you can't go wrong. They voiced Dom and Presley flawlessly and I highly recommend checking this out in audio format.
Kendall Ryan's books are always short, sexy, somewhat predictable, easy reads. And that's why I love them. They're usually stand-alones but I liked the little twist at the end of this one and I'm jumping into the conclusion ASAP!

Quite Good
I had my doubts on listening to this book but I was pleasantly suprised at the quality and story. The voice actors did a good job at conveying the characters and I enjoyed the ending credits as well, with the q&a. There is a nasty cliffhanger but there's also an insight into the next book which was good enough to make me want to buy the next book to continue the story. Plus a sample of another book. Well done!

Worth the cliffhanger! PERFECT NARRATION!!!
A sexy and alluring romance with plenty of flirty, witty banter and great feels. Everything I’ve come to expect and love from a Kendall Ryan book and The Two Week Arrangement totally met my expectations.
I’m a sucker for single parent romances and Dominic just made this girl go weak at the knees! Not to mention that I am also a lover of office romances and this book combined the two beautifully. The forbidden aspect made for some delicious sexual tension and super hot smexy times. The story is so enticing and the narration so flawless that 5 hours of audio almost feels like 5 minutes. Beware because this does end on a cliffhanger, but you’ll be downloading the second book in no time so no fear!
Narration was done by Jacob FREAKING Morgan and Andi ‘The Legend’ Arndt. I don’t think I need to say more. #Perfection #Wow #TakeMyMoneyAlready 5 Stars.

THE YOUNGER INTERN & THE HOT YOUNG CEO 😊
Here is a quiet narration of the 22yrs old intern Presley & her 26yrs old CEO Dominic.
Things start off professional, that is until the 'date' he set up cancelled their date & Presley was convientaly sitting there & Dominic needed a date to get an old investor & he needs to try to get him to invest to expand his hotel emprise.
Then they go on a REAL date where things start off beautiful then plummets...
What will happen next between Dominic & Presley if anything??..

Wonderful forbidden romance
Perfect office romance, CEO and intern, what nobody else at the office knows though, is that Dominic is also a single dad, and yes, he’s perfect, oh, apart from the whole no relationship thing. Office intern Presley isn’t going to even contemplate starting anything with her new sexy boss, but as happens in life, opportunity comes a knocking. I listened on audio, the narration was fab, the story story, one of my favourite genres had me addicted from the get-go. I was in my element, then BAM! It ends! It’s a flipping duet! How did I not know this? I am so mad at myself now. I’ve got to wait for crying out loud, and I’m not patient, I need the conclusion to this wonderfully addictive story, like yesterday. I’m just hoping that the audio comes out at the same time as the book (in 2 days) because after spending nearly five hours listening to Jacob Morgan and Andi Art narrate Dominic and Presley to perfection, I know audio is the only way for me to finish this duet.

Enjoyable (but you'll have to buy book 2)
I enjoyed this one. Very reminiscent of a 50 Shades storyline, however much shorter, much less weird and altogether focused on the romance rather than the titillation. My one negative was that this book is only Part One of two. It essentially ends on what should just be another chapter, and you'll have to buy the second book to finish the story. A little annoying, but otherwise, I enjoyed both.

Enjoyed story, loved narrators, ends on a cliff hanger, but you get 1st chapter of next book included, which helps soften the blow. Quick interview of Jacob Morgan which was great, as I am a big fan. Then last 20mins excerpt of another book. This seems to happen alot with this author? Story was a good 40mins shorter than expected. It was an enjoyable read. Perhaps wait until next book comes out so you don't have to wait, because you will have the desire to continue the story.
