Reluctantly, Vicky and Joe leave their Spanish mountain village to work for a year in the Middle East. Another delightful book by Victoria Twead

This third Old Fools book has a different setting as Victoria and her husband move to the Middle East to teach in a school. It's a bit more serious as it takes place during an Arab uprising. Yet it's full of funny and delightful adventures causing many laugh-out-loud moments. Looking forward to their return to Spain in the next book. Sure would be lovely if audible.com would record books 4-6. Jilly Bond does a fantastic performance as the narrator.

Love the two old fools.

I've listened to all three of the books from this series, and I've enjoyed each one. I'm looking forward to more from Victoria Twead in the near future.

Things take a turn!!

I've thoroughly enjoyed all three of Victoria Twead's audiobooks. Audible, why haven't you done the rest!!?? I only get to "read" while cooking or driving ... so really want the rest to be done, as I'm rather desperate to learn what happens next!!!

In this story, life takes an entirely different path for awhile. And whereas the comedy aspects do continue, this book deals with far more serious issues, as life throws some real curves their way. It's a very good story, and will remain with me (in a good way). :)

Now, Audible - quick!! Get the rest of her books into audio form, as I wan to know what they've been up to next!! And she's got like 5 more gorgeous books already!! :)
